Allegiance Drywall Mechanic

Requirements:
To be a part of Allegiance, employees must be a part of our drywall field workforce and be able to provide proof of US Citizenship (passport, birth certificate or naturalization certificate).

Rock Spring Mechanics are the skilled craftsmen of our team. Job duties include metal framing, install ceiling tile & grid, be able to read blueprints, must have tools and reliable transportation. Mechanics must be able to collaborate with electricians, carpenters, and mechanics to complete construction projects.

Pay Range: $26 - $32 / hour

Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver is responsible for basic warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, and delivery of construction materials to job sites.

Essential Skills:

  • Make local materials deliveries daily to Rock Spring Job sites

  • Load/Unload materials safely to correct location within job site.

  • Maintain good communication with  Foremen

  • Follow routes and time schedule.

  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle

  • Load flatbed trailers using a forklift when necessary

  • Drive safely and avoid accidents and tickets

  • Interface with customers in a courteous manner

  • Keep accurate records and logs

Pay Range: $18 - $20 / hour

Allegiance Drywall Laborer

Requirements:To be a part of Allegiance, employees must be a part of our drywall field workforce and be able to provide proof of US Citizenship (passport, birth certificate or naturalization certificate).
 
The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project.

  • Cleaning and preparing construction sites

  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment

  • Installing temporary protection and wall fiberglass insulation

  • Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures

  • Light demolition

Pay Range: $18 - $22 / hour

Allegiance Drywall Finisher

Requirements:To be a part of Allegiance, employees must be a part of our drywall field workforce and be able to provide proof of US Citizenship (passport, birth certificate or naturalization certificate).

Drywall Finishers duties include sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls and ceilings to create surfaces that are suitable for final treatment. Finishers should be able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work.

Pay Range: $25 - $30 / hour

Safety Officer

The Job Site Safety Officer will be assigned to a specific job site and will work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, deliver training, conduct safety audits, and ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

​

  • Bilingual: Proficient in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.

  • Experience & Knowledge:

    • Basic knowledge of construction industry safety standards and practices. Ability to research and stay informed about regulations as needed.

    • Previous experience in construction safety, risk management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Safety Certifications (Preferred):

    • OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification

    • CPR/First Aid certified

    • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.

 

Pay Range: $25 - $30 / hour

Drywall Foreman

Based in Atlanta, GA

The Drywall Foreman must have the ability to run large commercial construction jobs and have knowledge and experience in all aspects of the drywall trade.  This position will be responsible for working with the Superintendent and Project Manager in ensuring that a job runs smoothly day to day and providing on-site supervision and support.  The Success of the position will be determined by jobs being completed safely, on time and on budget.
 

  • Read and Interpret Plans and Specifications

  • Determine, schedule and verify correct manpower for assigned jobs based on budget and schedule needs.

  • Tech Savvy, able to use iPad and associated programs

  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Spanish

  • Excellent in Blueprint and Specification interpretation

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
